Simon and Ami have been brewing beverages out of passion since 1995, and sold their first brew of kombucha at local farmer's markets in 2017.
From the very beginning, people have offered their genuine support to grow their passion into a business. Inspired by the people and the beautiful nature of the Canadian Rockies, they have been brewing their unique and refined kombucha with love and happiness in a small mountain town called Fernie.
Fernie Alpine Springs has been providing freshly brewed kombucha on tap from day one. Thanks to dedicated retailers and customers who support our sustainability efforts to keep our planet clean, kombucha lovers have been experiencing incredible flavours of kombucha in refillable growlers, creating zero waste. The company has switched to all single serving cups to biodegradable cups and paper straws.
